Home - from the counter to the table!


We have been butchers with joy and passion since 1936, now in the third generation. From slaughter to the counter, everything is homemade. Our meat comes from farmers with whom we have worked for many years. Meat from our pasture-fed heifers
We create delicious delicacies: from dry-aged porterhouse and tender rump steaks to roasts, goulash, lean soup meat and beef cheeks – fresh, aged or already preserved in a jar for you.
Beef goulash, Bolognese, soups, stews or our speciality, the “emergency meatloaf”
- For a spontaneous meal, you will find many delicious dishes in the refrigerated counter, ready and
ready cooked and preserved.
We get our game meat exclusively from the Baumeister hunting family from Hürrlingen.
A special highlight is our "Quick Frozen" cabinet. Here you can find various steak cuts, vegetables, side dishes, and pre-cooked specialties – all frozen and ready to eat.
Delicious deli salads, cheeses, and home-cured and hot-smoked trout are also part of our selection. Our extensive "hot counter" promises you a daily changing lunch menu, ideal for takeaway meals from your vacation apartment, the Schluchtensteig hike, or your camping trip.

Ham with a license!
As an officially licensed producer of original Black Forest ham, we offer ham specialties such as ham bacon, broadside, Black Forest coppa, pre-portioned snack bacon, and lovingly designed gift baskets for every occasion.
A wide variety of raw sausages also come fresh from the beech smoke every day. Our 24/7 vending machines also have plenty to offer night owls or weekend shoppers.
